A. Yes, as long as it is available in your area. There are some areas of the U.S. where the service is not available.

Q. Can I use it from a phone outside of the U.S.?
A. No. You can only use the service from a phone located in the U.S.

Q. Does 10-10-834 have a minute minimum on each call?
A. No.

Q. Can I use this on my business phone?
A. You sure can, unless you have to dial an 8 or 9 first to get an outside line.

Q. How am I billed for this service?
A. You are normally billed with your local phone bill.

Q. Am I billed for calls that do not connect or for busy signals?
A. No, you are only billed for a call that connects.

Q. What is the USF fee?
A. The USF is a Federally mandated charge on every state-to-state and international call and is usually between 8 - 11%.

Q. Are the rates only for specific times of the day?
A. No. The rates are good 24 hours a day 7 days a week!
